The People We Look For

To work in our independent branch office of National Securities Corporation as a member of the Worldwide Wealth Management Team, a degree in economics or finance is not vital. Energy, enthusiasm, pro-activity and a commitment to teamwork are some of the most important aspects of the company. In addition, strong communications skills, passion and a strong motivation to learn are keys to success and what allows people a chance to excel here.

To be successful as a Wealth Manager, you also need:

Markets don't always go the way we want them to. You must have the spirit and discipline to continue performing, in good times and bad. Building the discipline to consistently give more than you expect. Going the extra mile for the best interest of your clients. It is building the relationships with your prospects and strengthening the relationships with your clients.

Passion, commitment and knowledge of markets are crucial ingredients for success at Worldwide Wealth Management. Competent wealth managers are continually enhancing their knowledge of their products, industries and the markets. For us excellence is taking the initiative to keep up with financial information in the media and using that information to benefit your clients and prospects. Each time looking for other ways to use the information in a selling situation. We believe excellence in this area is knowing your competitors better than they know themselves through company created training as well as information found or doing research on the products. Excellence is also taking the time apart from your daily duties to discuss key points with your product specialist and how it is going to help individuals on achieving their goals.
